As any business knows, loyal customers are the driving force behind success and at Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and Events we take this to heart. We have been blessed with many loyal customers who not only continue to use our services over the years, but also love to tell others about us. Our “Ultimate Question” that we ask on our Client Satisfaction Survey is “Would you recommend us to a friend?” and we are proud to report that 97.6% answered this ultimate question with a resounding definitely yes. We continue to strive to serve our client’s needs with a Guest First attitude where we choose to see all that we do through our Guest’s eyes.

At Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and Events our goal is creating memorable events for our guests that exceed their expectations and share with them our passion for the creation of exquisite catering menus showcasing our regional bounty and cultural influences as a Seattle caterer. We accomplish this by providing the authentic service that our company was founded on and adhering to our company philosophies. Our company philosophies are the core of our strategic planning and focus as a business and not merely something that changes from year to year, because to us these principles are timeless.
Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and Events has three underlying principles which guide us at every level:
1) Guest First
2) Engage our Guests
3) Teamwork
These beliefs all stem from the central theme that as a business we are intently focused on our clients and their guests. We believe that our business begins with understanding and serving our clients and branches out from there. Client satisfaction is important to us and to ensure we are providing the best possible catering & event planning we have established several methods to track feedback and happiness. Currently, we send every client an online survey in which they can elect to be anonymous with their feedback and ratings. In 2008 Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and Events had an overall client satisfaction score of 97.3%. In 2009 our client satisfaction score was 97.4%, in 2010 our score was 96.5% and in 2011 our score was 97.8%. It is our goal to have the most satisfied clients of any Seattle catering company. We believe that by measuring client satisfaction and acting on the results to keep satisfaction high, we will maintain loyalty with our customers which results in increased word of mouth advertising for Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and Events.
