These beliefs suggest that as a business we are intently focused on our Clients and their guests. We believe that our business begins with an understanding and serving our clients and branches out from there Over time we have established several measurements that allow us to track our success. The system established is that we send every client an on-line survey in which they can elect to be anonymous with their feedback and ratings. In 2008 Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering overall client satisfaction score was a 97.3% with every returned survey the client placed their name and often filling the comments section with Rave reviews. It is an obvious goal of our team to have the most evangelical customers in the industry. We believe that by continuing to score high in client satisfaction we will maintain loyalty with our customers which results in increased word of mouth advertising for Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering.
