Our exclusive Seattle event venue, The Hall at Fauntleroy is located in the historic Fauntleroy Schoolhouse. We offer two unique and beautiful options for your event needs or you can rent the full facility. We are conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Seattle near Lincoln Park and the Vashon Ferry Terminal.

• The EMERALD ROOM features a beautiful brick interior and soaring ceilings with expansive windows overlooking an ivy-covered ravine. There is a large raised dance floor and an attractively decorated foyer.
   
• The VASHON ROOM offers natural light by day and a romantic ambiance by night, reflected in an immense and beautifully crafted mirror. There is a large center dance floor, period style architectural details and contemporary lighting and carpeting. The GARDEN COURTYARD is adjacent to the Vashon Room. This artfully landscaped, quiet setting creates an outstanding location for outdoor reception and ceremony sites.  

• There is a $4,000.00 food and beverage minimum per room.
• Room access includes all decorating, deliveries and clean up
• Additional decorating and set up time may be arranged for $100.00 per hour.
• Ceremony Fee is $500.00
• Rehearsals are available at $100.00 per hour. Please check on details and availability.
