At Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and Events we hire the best and care for them. Beginning with a comprehensive hands-on training program, we instill in our staff the importance of teamwork and a “Guest First” approach to event service. We currently have a staff of 9 Office employees, 15 Kitchen/Operations employees, and 80 on-call event staff.
