Michael Chase , Executive Chef
Mike graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1997 after working for the Ritz Carlton Naples for two years. He came to Seattle after securing a job at the Flying Fish a nationally known downtown restaurant. Mike started working at Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering in 1997 as a prep cook and eventually became the Executive Chef. Mike enjoys his job because he loves cooking and eating. When he isn’t in the kitchen you can find him working out at the gym or checking out the Pacific Northwest’s hottest restaurants. |
