David Meckstroth , Co-Owner
David Meckstroth grew up in a family that traveled the United States. From the Midwest to the deep South, West Coast and as far north as Alaska, he was exposed to the amazing cultural diversity of this land. This experience instilled a deep appreciation for the regional cuisines and celebratory rituals encountered in the families' travels.
With an innate talent and love of hospitality and teamwork, he gravitated towards the restaurant industry in High School and has never looked back. Intuitively creative in food and design, David is the directional force in innovative menus and cutting edge event design at Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering.
