Bryan Hamilton , Kitchen Manager
Bryan Hamilton has a passion for food, and a passion for people. As Kitchen Manager, he has found a job that offers the perfect opportunity to develop both. His career as a cook began at the ripe old age of 15, and he never looked back. He has worked in the kitchens of all types of restaurants, from a mom and pop with 20 tables on the banks of the Snake River, to large corporate kitchens that serve hundreds each night. In between kitchen jobs, Bryan earned a Bachelor’s degree from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington in 2003.
On a day to day basis, Bryan works in conjunction with Executive Chef Mike Chase to ensure our food is designed with a thought to the cutting edge, and executed flawlessly. When he’s not here at work, Bryan enjoys hanging out with his wife Lauren, and his dog Bruno. Look for the three of them all over West Seattle.
